OOLONG TEA

Oolong Tea-Literally translates as ‘black dragon’, oolong is a semi-fermented tea. According to legend, the owner of a tea plantation was scared away from the tea leaves by the appearance of a black serpent. When he returned several days later the leaves had been oxidized by the sun and made a delicious tea.
