Crafted from leaves that grow wild in the mountainous highlands of the North Vietnamese borderlands, Black Snow “Ho Thau” is carefully harvested by the Red Dow people, who intimately know, live and breathe its beautiful, misty landscape.
A rich, earthy, yet pleasingly floral black tea, with a hint of wood-smoke emanating from the traditional wok-firing that locks in its complexities.

Brewing Instruction
400ml is ideal for 5g of loose leaf. Brewing involves experimenting to find your perfect taste. Use 100° boiling water and brew for 3-4 minutes. Avoid bitterness by not overbrewing. Add more leaves for a stronger cup.
