Due to the perishable nature of the stock and FDA regulations worldwide, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for our tea products unless they are faulty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have any issues with your ordered item, we recommend you to get in touch to see if we can help. If the refund accepted, you’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery. Make sure you write us a note with your details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.
