Alishan Oolong
- Flavour:
Creamy with notes of fresh orchid, a hint of stone fruit sweetness, and a lingering buttery finish.
***
One of Taiwan's most famous Oolong teas, our Alishan is from a small mountainous tea farm in Alishan village. The leaves are processed and lighly fermented in the traditional way to produce a tea with a fresh, floral aroma. An exquisite grade of Oolong, grown among the mountainous hills and produces a delicious buttery infusion with delicate hints of milky sweet apricot and chestnut notes. This tea offers a creamy aroma and light-yellow infusion.
