Nigiri SFTGFOP1
Nigiri SFTGFOP1
- Flavour:
Rich and malty with a full-bodied flavour, featuring a smooth, slightly fruity undertone and a deep, inviting liquor.
***
Following on from the initial production trials in Assam, the British experimented with growing tea in the South of the country. Nilgiri was one such place and it took well to growing the plant. The method of production and its local geography mean the tea is quite similar to Assam in both appearance and taste. The leaf is black with tip (denoting quality) and it produces a rich liquor. The flavour is malty and full, similar to Assam with flavoury undertones.

Brewing Instruction
400ml is ideal for 5g of loose leaf. Brewing involves experimenting to find your perfect taste. Use 100° boiling water and brew for 3-4 minutes. Avoid bitterness by not overbrewing. Add more leaves for a stronger cup.
