Purple tea is a special type of tea. It's a tea that contains same anti oxidants as purplish and blueish fruits. This tea contains very high levels of anthocyanin - 135 times more than regular green tea. A recent study has shown that purple tea is better than other types of tea for potential cancer treatments, anti-obesity and help with weight loss.

Brewing Instruction
400ml is ideal for 5g of loose leaf. Brewing involves experimenting to find your perfect taste. Use 100° boiling water and brew for 3-4 minutes. Avoid bitterness by not overbrewing. Add more leaves for a stronger cup.
